The 2009 MY Harley Davidson Fire/Rescue Electra Glide sports an air-cooled, 1690cc, Twin Cam 103 V-twin powerhouse mated to a six-speed manual transmission with a Cruise Drive transmission, and can produce 138 Nm of torque at 2500 rpm. This machine is specially equipped for fire fighters, and is sure to transport a single fire fighter to any emergency fast enough to prevent and contain it.
Standard features include a new frame and swingarm, a new, 68-tooth, rubber-isolated rear drive sprocket, a new, 2-1-2 exhaust system and a new LED rear fender tip light and red license plate illumination. Also, a rear trunk, hard saddlebags, a solo seat, a fork-mounted fairing, and a full-coverage front fender come as standard.
