The 2008 MY Harley Davidson FLHT Electra Glide Standard sports an air-cooled, 1584cc, Twin Cam 96 V-twin powerhouse mated to a six-speed manual transmission with a Cruise Drive system, and can reach its peak torque of 125 Nm at 3500 rpm.
Unlike its forefathers, it boasts news, such as the Brembo braking system with dual front discs, a 6 gallon fuel tank, an Electronic Throttle Control technology, and an Isolated Drive System. Other features, such as the blackwall tires, the black, nine-spoke, cast-aluminium wheels, the bat-wing, fork-mounted fairing, and the hard, lockable saddlebags increase its desirability among House Milwaukee fans.
