The 1974 MY Harley Davidson FLH 1200 Electra Glide is a touring machine that sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 1207cc, V-Twin powerhouse mated to a five-speed manual transmission and can produce a claimed 60 horsepower and 95 Nm of torque.
Standard features include a solo seat, a large, chrome headlight, hard, lockable saddlebags a rear luggage rack, full-coverage fenders with chrome accents, lace-spoked wheels, and a second, front disc brake for a higher level of safety. In addition, in 1973 House Milwaukee have pulled from their catalog the hand-shift models, and the manual kick-starter was removed all-together from the Electra Glide.
