The 2006 Derbi GP1 250 boasts one of the most aggressive designs in its class, sure to fit the taste for the younger among riders. It has, at its heart, an air-cooled, four-stroke, 249cc, single cylinder engine paired to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) and can produce a claimed 22 horsepower and 54 Nm of torque. Also, it comes with a disc braking system, both in the front and in the rear, a telescopic front fork, a rear mono-shock suspension, an aluminium twin spar frame, a dual seat, an under-seat storage compartment, a digital instrument cluster and passenger grab rails.
