The 2013 MY Beta 498RR comes with a big, four-stroke, liquid-cooled, 497cc single cylinder engine mated to a dependable six-speed manual transmission. The big engine means lots of grunt at the riders' disposal.

Even though it has one of the biggest lumps among enduro two-wheelers, the chassis, the frame and the wheels have all been designed to weigh as less as possible, making the 498RR surprisingly responsive and agile.

The 48mm Sachs front fork and the rear shock absorber with improved settings to choose from, greatly increase rider comfort and the bikes terrainability and precise cornering.
