If you saw the movie and fell in love with Superman's ride of choice, good news! Chrysler put the one-off Man of Iron Ram Power Wagon up for auction on Charitybuzz. If you want to make it yours, you'd better hurry: the auction ends Wednesday, May 7th.
The 2013 Ram 2500 Power Wagon was designed to support the latest installment of the Superman saga. The same vehicle you can admire in the picture gallery below was featured on the red carpet of the movie's premiere in New York City.
Sporting a Dark Ceramic Gray paint job with a special vinyl wrap inspired by the texture of Superman's suit, this Ram's exterior is chuck-full of Man of Steel-themed graphics and badges, as well as an Anodized Red accented front radiator grille. If you're tall enough, you'll observe that the high-gloss black roof is perfectly complemented by the satin black 17-inch off-road wheels.
Open the door and you're greeted by a custom Man of Steel Geonic 3D mesh fabric insert with incorporated Superman logo on all seat uppers. The action hero theme continues throughout the cabin with the custom pewter leather wrapped center console lid with radar red deck seam, accompanied by Man of Steel screen backdrop, start-up screen and hard badge on the dashboard.
The truck currently sits at $47,500 after 12 rounds of bidding, but we expect those numbers to soar the following couple of days all the way (or even beyond) the $112,674 estimated value.
