Millionaire Vasily Klyukin is probably competing for the most opulent businessmen contest considering that he thinks you can actually put the word “spa” next to “hospital”. Envisioned as a medical facility and international clinic for patients to experience peace rather than fear, Klyukin has conceived the ‘white sails hospital & spa’ for Tunisia Economic City, a planned beach front urban project and mega-metropolis.
