The Chevrolet Volt is more than just a green car, it’s also a vehicle that says something about its owner, so it’s only normal that a number of VIPs will want to purchase such a car in order to convince the world they are followers of the green trend.

We are here to give you the latest example of a famous person that buys an eco-friendly car and it involves an ex-President. We don’t know exactly if this was the reason for which former president George H.W. Bush recently acquired a Volt for his son Neil, but we can tell you that this was a birthday present for him. Political considerations aside, the Volt hasn't managed to meet its sales expectations so far, so a move like this is more than wellcome for the green vehicle.
