Usually, police forces like to advertise the flagship cars in their fleets. You know, badass rides that are usually used to break the law, which have been converted, crossing the border and fighting bad guys. We are talking about cars like the Lamborghini Gallardo - this example comes from Italy.
However, the police doesn’t only use hyperpowered monsters. The guys in uniforms actually ride in normal vehicles and today we are here to offer you such an example. The German Polizei from the State of Hesse has recently renewed its vehicle fleet and the first move was to offer this information to the public, so that everybody knows that the officers are ready for any road situation.
The weapon of choice for the German police is the Opel Insignia Sports Tourer. The authorities have ordered 800 units of the vehicle, with the first 100 vehicles hitting the streets by the end of the year.
