The guys from Mercedes are doing pretty well thanks to their new and improved design, as they have record demand for some of their models. As a result, they must change things a bit starting next year in order to meet demand for their S-Class as well as other models.
This change concerns the working hours of employees from certain plants. So, Daimler AG’s Mercedes-Benz stated that they will be prolonging shifts by 74 minutes a day starting next year at an assembly plant in Sindelfingen, Germany. This is not the first time theses employees have worked after hours as this year an additional 30 minutes per day have been added as well as four Saturday shifts.

It seems that the brand is in high demand and the company plans to “continue to grow with [their] attractive offering of models, and will be able to accommodate the demand thanks to [their] high flexibility,” Andreas Renschler, head of manufacturing at Mercedes, said in the statement.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
