Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Cigarette Boat Up for Grabs for $1M+

Back in February we told you of the Cigarette powerboat designed to honor the new Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, born from a partnership between Mercedes Benz’s performance arm AMG and the Cigarette Racing team. Now, the same racing boat is up for grabs at JamesList for no less than EUR 900,000 (US $1,150,000+) by Maranello Marine GmbH in Germany, as bornrich.org reports.

The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Cigarette boat on offer features the all-new Mercury Racing 1350 hp 9-litre V8 Twin Turbo engines, delivering five times the power of the SLS AMG that inspired it. The Cigarette 46’ Rider XP cruises at 95.59 knots and has a maximum speed of 117 knots (130 mph/210 km/h).

The motor yacht is finished in the same hand-applied AMG Alubeam silver paint as the SLS AMG that “covers body surfaces like a metallic skin, targeting light reflections to further emphasize exterior character lines and design details” thanks to something called nanopigments.

The interior of the Cigarette 46’ Rider XP features marine-grade upholstery designed to resemble the two tone porcelain and white Nappa leather in the SLS AMG.

According to a Cigarette company official, the boat features over 100 technical innovations, such as an enhanced shape and extreme weight-reducing. The 46 foot racing boat was developed over a 24-month period and it has plenty to offer, so if you have some EUR 900,000 stashed somewhere and have nothing better to spend them on, this could be a choice.
