While not being the most informative test drive video ever, nor the most fun to watch, we decided to feature the following footage anyway, since it features such a good-looking Mercedes-Benz.
The CLA is technically the sedan variant of the compact A-Class, hence them being built on the same MFA architecture, but it is more than that in the Mercedes-Benz nomenclature.
Seen by many as a baby-brother to the much larger CLS, the Mercedes-Benz CLA (C117) is designated as a “four-door coupe” by its parents, although not many people agree with them if using the widest spread definition of what a coupe really is.
Nevermind the controversy though, as this is about the 45 AMG version, which takes a hot-looking car and makes it perform just as good as it looks.
With 360 hp and no less than 450 Nm (332 lb ft) of torque squeezed via a turbocharger from a tiny two-liter four cylinder, the CLA 45 AMG can put to shame quite a lot of supercars from a couple of decades ago.
