The PlayStation 4 is shaping up to be the bee's knees when it comes to upcoming gaming consoles, especially by looking the gigantic fan base it has already gathered before its official launch.

Apart from the console itself, some of the games that are going to be exclusively available on the PS4 seem to rate pretty high on the awesomeness-meter, especially the ones that have been specifically created to raise a new generation of car fans.

Mercedes-Benz couldn't miss on the opportunity to become part of this nursery of future car fans, especially when thinking about yesterday's announcement, which featured the Gran Turismo franchise.

“Gaming' is a medium which has experienced vast growth and is now firmly embedded in all sectors of society, thanks to smartphones, tablets and game consoles like PlayStation. As such, games provided an ideal means of appealing to young and modern target groups in an emotional and well-aimed manner, as demonstrated by Mercedes-Benz since the introduction of the A- and CLA-Class,” said Lüder Fromm, head of Global Marketing Communications Mercedes-Benz Cars.

Along the special version of the SLS AMG Black Series, DriveClub will also feature the A 45 AMG, the CLA 45 AMG, the C 63 AMG Coupe Black Series and the SL 65 AMG. Until both the game and the console will reach Christmas trees all over the world, let's take a look at short trailer for DriveClub down below.
