Ever since Cadillac introduced the Escalade in 1999, hip hop and rap musicians transformed it into their main means of transport. Take just a moment and think about what aired on MTV in the last 20 years or so and try to remember what cars were featured in most of the hip hop and rap music videos you've seen. Yup, the Caddy Escalade is the ride of choice, alright.
It's not a bad thing that this world fell in love with the Escalade. In fact, great exposure such as this one hiked the Caddy's appeal more than any big budget marketing campaign could've done for the nameplate. And by the way, artists of those music genres have a passion to trick their rides with big wheels, more chrome and custom cabin detailing, but what Lexani Motorcars has done to this 2015 Escalade is not your typical a rapper's delight.

Whereas the exterior was left untouched, Lexani's Concept One is all about luxury on the inside. It's so lavished in high quality materials and posh that it seems fit for the Queen of the United Kingdom. But we have a sneaking suspicion Elizabeth II wouldn't trade her fleet of Rollers and Bentleys for a big SUV made in America. Lexani says that they'll grant customers with unlimited options for the Cadillac Escalade, but this show car is just staggering, just like its price tag - a mind-bending $320,000.

Lexani says that through craftsmanship and great attention to detail, their Concept One has been turned from an already luxurious car to what we regard as a palace on wheels. Just to name a few of the interior amenities, we'll highlight the six-way power executive seats wrapped in Italian leather that can do heating and massage, the raised roof with Maybach-style ceiling, an intercom system, two 7-inch video monitor stations and a 40-inch Samsung LED Smart TV. What else is there?

Well, what Lexani calls the Premium Package also includes two burl wood airline tables, an iPad Air, two custom built power jump seats, independent heavy duty air conditioning for the passenger cabin, which is separated from the front of the vehicle by an electronic privacy partition, with the addition of a luxury center console with patented design and a "Control4" automated digital panel. Are there any options available? Why yes, a lot of them. Things that might interest potential buyers include 24k gold plated custom accents, power shades, perimeter armoring, an integrated coffee machine and a security vault.
