The Audi TT RS has received a new aftermarket gift from German exhaust developer Eisenmann, which has developed a rear muffler for the car. The muffler, which is suitable for both the Coupe and the Roadster versions of the TT-RS, is built from a special alloy called Inconel, which is the material of choice for F1 engines.
This uses nickel and chromium to offer multiple assets, with the most impressive one being a serious weight reduction. Compared to the stock exhaust system found on the TT RS, this is 40 percent lighter.
The Eisenmann Audi TT RS rear muffler is already available for sale and if you’re thinking about gifting your ride with such a goodie, be prepared to spend EUR3,200 ($3,900 at the current exchange rate) on it.
