Alan Gibbs Presents the Quadski

Just after word got out that the amphibian ATV prototype will make it to the dealerships in November and footage of mass-produced vehicles have been published around the web, it's time to meet Alan Gibbs, the creator of the Quadski.
Mr. Gibbs, stresses once more that one of the biggest assets of the Quadski is its awesome in-water speed. While until now, no amphibian vehicle could do more than 10 mph (16 km/h) in water, the Quadski changes everything in the game, as it maintains the max land speed of 45 mph (72 km/h) in water, thus being the fastest amphibian vehicle to date.

Switching the environment takes just seconds and all the rider has to do is press a button. Press it once as you slowly get your ATV in the water and the wheels will retract. Start the jetski engine and there you go! Approacing the shore once more? No problem, slow down, stop the jetski engine, press the same button again, and see the wheels back in land position. Start your ATV and get out of the water.

While the price may be a bit steep at around $ 40,000 (€ 30,860), Alan Gibbs is confident that a lot of customers will be thrilled to be able to go virtually anywhere with the same ATV.
