We start out or second day of live SEMA coverage with something that has grabbed our attention by the suspension struts, the 2013 Ford Taurus SHO by CGS Motorsports. As special Fords go, this way up there with the best.
First, let’s look at the engine mods. The 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 has received a cat-back exhaust system, a sports air intake, a ECU remap and Power-Flo mass air sensor.

The Californian tuners let looks and lowered the Taurus on some H&R sports springs, added 6-piston brakes with 15-inch, 2-piece rotors. So as not to cover up the sporty credentials, they used 3-piced Kompression 22-inch wheels, which they wrapped in Pirelli PZero tires.

The Ford sedan is painted using red and jet black from DuPont and wrapped in 3M Scratchprint film. They then tinted the windows and smoked the tail lights.

Meanwhile, the interior boasts David Orr custom steering wheel and shifter knob, Pecca Leather seats, custom mats and headrest monitors with DVD players.
