PORSCHE 911 Turbo (997) 2009 - Present

Introduced at the 2009 Frankfurt IAA, the new Porsche 911 Turbo features a brand new 3.8L horizontally-opposed 6-cylinder engine. The car boasts some minor visual changes as well, like retouched front and rear fascia, with larger tailpipes and the integration of LED lights in the front bumper and rear lamps. Thanks to direct injection and a biturbo system with variable turbine geometry (VTG) this new 911 develops 500 hp and sprints from 0 to 62 mph in only 3.7 seconds. This exceptional piece of engineering also succeeded in reducing its fuel consumption by 16 percent and cut down its CO2 emissions while shedding some 25 kilos in weight.
