Now that the 2014 Lexus IS was officially launched and we’ve wondered around its stylish design for a few weeks, the automaker gives us another chance to look at the car that inspired most of the sport sedan’s styling, the mighty LF-CC concept.
The Japanese automaker has recently released a set of photos with the bold looking concept posing around a track, accompanied by the newly released IS model, for the Australian International Design Awards.
Putting the cars side by side for the shooting gives us the chance to see how many details the two models are sharing, from the spindle front grille and V-shaped daylight running lights, to the extreme angled tail lamps which appears to flow to the side of the car and reunite with the climbing lines of the side sills.
The Lexus LF-CC looks absolutely amazing and there is even a new video for us to wrap our eyes around it one more time.
