autoevolution's Celebration Month 21

It’s been a long year, this 2021, but as with all things in life, it too is coming to an end. Only a month separates us from the moment when fireworks will be going off around the globe as time zones spin into position, marking yet another step humanity is taking toward its future, however good or bad it may be.

Generally, when something is ending, people tend to look at what was, put together charts and lists, determine who was best at doing what, and give away awards at pompous ceremonies.

We are not going to do that, nor are we going to try our hand at giving predictions about how 2022 will be like. We’ll ignore the past, close our eyes to the future, and simply enjoy the today.

And we’ll do that by focusing on the things that bring us personal joy. Just like we did in the same month of last year, this December we’re running Celebration Month. That would be a concentrated effort from our large teams of writers to bring to light whatever topic makes them tick, happy, sad, or hopeful, with each of them having selected a topic to discuss at length.

We’ll be talking, repeatedly, about all the good (and bad) things from car and motorcycle brands and companies - names like BMW, Tesla, Harley-Davidson, Porsche, Dodge, or Stellantis.

We’ll take a dive into the world of dream machines, be them already made or still on the drawing board, and explore the subtleties of the station wagons, if there ever were such subtleties. We’ll have rich people toys (yachts, airplanes, even spaceships) to play around with, custom motorcycles to make us drool, and drag races for a short burst of adrenaline.

You’ll find all of the above, and more, in our Celebration Month 21 section starting this week.

Finally, we thank you for being with us in 2021 as well, and here's to a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
