Wives and girlfriends in the UK now have a new reason to be jealous, as a recent study reveals some men in their countries love their rides more than their partners.
The study, which comes from MoneySupermarket.com, shows that one in eight motorists would rather spend their free time with the car rather than with their lady friend , with the majority of the time being dedicated to upgrading or cleaning the vehicle.

In addition to that, 5 percent of the drivers waited at least one year before allowing their partner to drive their car. However, 20 percent took just three months before doing that, while 3 percent declared they’d never allow something like this to happen.

The survey took place in July and questioned 2,012 drivers in the UK, also including questions about violence. Motorists were also asked if they would want to revenge on their partner’s car if something bad happened in the relationship, with 32 people saying the had already done that and 50 people saying that they would consider that.
