Some traffic-related events are easily explainable by driver error, frustration or sheer stupidity. This incident, though, is different as its trigger is unknown and unexplainable. There’s a woman crossing the street and she realizes that she has dropped her bag and goes back to get it.
Then, she just stands in front of one a car (with a dash cam) and just stares at the driver and does nothing, reminding us of the famous Lord of the Rings scene where Gandalf the wizard shouts ‘You shall not pass!’. Despite the fact that it’s quite clear that the driver is not involved in any way with whatever happened on the crosswalk that made her drop her bag in the first place.
