White Cars Are Invisible in Winter

We don`t know how many people have problems with dark-grey and some near-black cars which blend in with the road surface far too easily and cause crashes, but we have heard some stories... It seems that this also applies to winter driving, when the surroundings are featureless and covered with snow, and of course, white cars in this case.
The video above shows an accident between two white cars, at a junction. The driver of the white saloon car is the one who should be yielding, yet he just drives on through the intersection, as if the white SUV/MPV vehicle was not passing through the intersection at the exact same time.

We say the fact that both vehicles were white definitely had something to do with why the crash happened, yet it can not be called the cause, because the actual cause of the crash was the fact that the sedan driver did not pay attention and did not yield. This is just one of the many unknown and often-overlooked dangers of driving on snow-covered roads.
