The GT 86/FR-S sportscar is gaining more and more fame and they recently caught the attention of six showmen from the US who got to drive it around the track.
Scion invited skater Eli Reed, rapper A$AP Ferg, DJs Drop The Lime & SKYWLKR, Dave Witte (Municipal Waste) and Rob Dukes (Exodus) to compete against time in a 2013 Scion FR-S around Willow Springs race track.
The 2-liter flat-four engine developing 200 hp offered lots of thrill to the guys, who were given a short sport-driving tutorial by Scion Racing pilots Ken Gushi and Fredric Aasbo before letting them alone on the track.
As neither one of the guys had any racing experience, you can imagine the chaos they’ve made on the hot tarmac, missing braking points, going off-road and even the wrong way. See the video bellow to find out who won the race.
