Now that the autumn is here, we’ve got a piece of season Russian dash cam footage for you. Be prepared to see a few cars spending a bit of time in pretty cold water.
The video below shows a few vehicles waiting on a bridge that had already gotten up close and personal with the river underneath it. As the drivers are assessing the situation, a loaded truck comes along and simply crosses the bridge.
The fellow drivers weren’t too pleased with the truck driver’s manners, especially since the bridge was lowered into the water, along with their cars - please notice the difference in flotation between the Ford Focus and the Lada. We can only imagine the difference between the amount of water penetrating into the two cars’ cabins.
Once his truck gets to the other side, the driver gets out of the cabin. Such manners are rarely seen in Russian dash cam footage, so perhaps we should cut the man some slack.
