Want 100 Extra HP for your Z4 for less than $1,000? Call ESS!

The E89 Z4 is an impressive little roadster. Going for the sDrive35i version will get you a 306 HP car with 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque at your disposal. More than enough for the lightweight Bimmer.
However, in case you always wanted an M version of the roadster and always wondered how to get one (since BMW never released an E89 Z4 M) we have a solution for your problem.

There are a lot of tuners out there that can take your N54 engine up to ludicrous amounts of power but most users want to upgrade their cars without too much hustle and with a reasonable amount of money.
That's where ESS steps in. Their Stage 2 ECU remap costs just $895 (€681), is easy to do (you can do it from home) and will give you 94 extra HP along with 150 Nm (110 lb-ft) more torque.

The process is simple (Plug the handheld unit into the OBD II port, copy the stock file, e-mail the stock file to ESS,  load received ESS files onto the handheld unit via USB, plug the handheld unit in and select the tune you wish to use), takes under 20 minutes and you can reverse it at any time.

Kind of a best-buy, don't you think so?
