Out of the bunch of possible tuning kits for the E92 M3 (and there are thousands out there), some are downright special. The one made by Vorsteiner under the GTS3 nickname takes the cake though, completely changing the face of the car without altering its personality.
The body kit that was called by some ‘extreme’ is about to get a successor, one worthy of the new M4 model. Vorsteiner just published two teasing photos of the upcoming kit and things seem to be downright hardcore.
Called GTRS4 the subtle hints we’ve been offered seem to point to a body with a lot of creases and hard lines that emphasize the power beneath the skin.
Of course, for now, we can’t tell for sure if it’s going to be as mad as we’re hoping but signs are looking good. The boot lid bonnet seems to be sporting a CSL-style lip, the rear diffuser appears massive as do the flared wheel arches both in the front and the rear.
Even though the initial pictures are not too revealing in this regard, we’re also expecting a vented hood, new wheels and, possibly, some interior tuning even though that’s not really Vorsteiner’s thing. After all, it's their 10 year anniversary and they really should launch something truly special even if it mean stepping out of their comfort zone.
Overall, we should be in for some nice treats once SEMA opens its doors on November 4.
