Volvo Trucks ad: size does matter 1 photo

Ground clearance is one of the most overlooked parameters in the automotive world and now Volvo’s truck division has set to show us just how important this actually is.
Volvo Trucks has recently released an ad that shows the new FMX “running over” Roland Svensson’s (Volvo technician) head. It’s all a piece of computer graphics of course and we won’t ruing the story by telling you what’s going on.

Nevertheless, the commercial proves a point: size really does matter - Roland Svensson's head measures 275 mm (10.8 inches), while the Volvo FMX comes with a ride height of 300 mm (11.8 inches). The rest lies behind the “play” button.
