The Volkswagen Golf VII may be up and running, but when it comes to the ultimate hot hatch performance, we still have to turn to the the Golf R, which, for now, is still based on the Golf VI. The aftermarket developers are well aware of this and thus still pay attention to the pumped-up Golf VI.
The latest example of this comes from the US, where Advance Once Wheels has gifted a black example of the Golf R with its footwear.
The hatchback is now using its Haldex all-wheel drive to send its 256 hp to a set of ADV5.0 SL wheels. As their designation tells us, these are not just pretty faces, being part of the Super Light series.
The rims, which comes with a concave profile and a five-double-spoke design, are dressed in a dark shade of gold. The new shoes were paired with a lowering suspension that brings the Golf R closer to the road.
