Eisenmann exhaust systems have been around for quite a while now. However, not many BMWs used to be fitted with such systems because they already sounded incredible.
The most recent M5, the F10, has been quite different though. Other than being the first turbocharged M5 ever built, the car also had a different sound than its predecessors and most people complained about it.
That's why most owners go for aftermarket kits like the one Eisenmann makes. However, you can get only a part of the exhaust and not the entire system, to combine it with various parts from other manufacturers in order to get the perfect sound.
That's exactly what the guys from iND Distribution did on one of their customers' M5s. The fitted it with an Eisenmann Race System with 4x102mm tips but the catless downpipes came from AMS Performance.
