Vauxhall today announced two organizational moves, both being effective immediately. Andrew West, which previously held the Retail Network Development Director position, has been appointed Aftersales Director and will now supervise all Vauxhall UK & Ireland aftersales, sales and marketing, as well as warehouse operations.
Andrew has been working for the automotive producer for 13 years and has hold positions in network and franchising field operations for the last decade. Before he joined Vauxhall, he held multiple senior roles at Peugeot and Nissa.
“I’m very happy to be offered this new challenge,” said Andrew. “Aftersales is a vital area of the business and with Lifetime Warranty I’m looking forward to raising the bar even further in the market place and providing the highest levels of service.”
Taking Andy’s previous Retail Network Director role is Andy Robson, who previously served as the company’s National Retail Sales Manager. The executive has a long history at Vauxhall, as he has served the company for 26 years. He joined the automotive producer as a business apprentice and, over the years, has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for me to oversee Vauxhall’s retail network during an important time in the company’s history,” said Andy. “We have the strongest product portfolio ever and a long list of exciting new launches on the horizon.”
Both executives report directly to Duncan Aldred, which holds the Managing Director role.
