Obviously, this was bound to happen sooner or later, with Jean-Claude Van Damme's epic split from the Volvo trucks commercial about a month ago being copied in humorous fashions all around the world.
We found the latest recreation on tumblr and it funnily involves an official Mercedes-Benz E-Class W211 crash test from a few years ago.

After a bit of digging, we actually found the original image, which was obviously part of a Mercedes-Benz ad.

Created by the Dutch from FHV BBDO, the advertisement was published back in 2008 and was part of the Pink Ribbon campaign, which advises women to no longer perform monthly breast examinations by themselves but to go to a doctor.

According to Ads of The World, the ad's theme was “self-examination is good, but examination by experts is better.”

Obviously, the person who superimposed the Van Damme epic split over the original image only did it for the giggles, hence there would be no connection between the Belgian actor and a breast cancer awareness campaign.
