Well, it took them a while to put out another mind-boggling Toyota commercial and we kind of missed Mr. Pigeon Man.
But he is back and in this short clip, he meets the photogenic electric-powered mail man. I’ve been doing my homework and as far as I can tall now, these ads are part of a Japanese TV series, which I would love to watch if I know what are they talking about.
This episode, we meet the electric mail man, which serves his duty on a standard bicycle. Mr. 61, as it’s written on the back of his neck, happily delivers the correspondence to everybody, including Pigeon Man who joyfully salutes him.
Mr. 61 and his bicycle form some sort of EV. He charges himself at home during night and uses his energy to go around on the bicycle all day long. So, when he meets the Toyota Prius Plug-In, which can also be used like an EV, he looks like he has met its supreme deity, kneeling towards it and then driving away in it towards the end of the clip.
