Today’s vehicles can hardly be considered simple, with all that wiring, computers, sensors and automatic functions, but when they are made properly and you don’t know about all the wizardry going on in the background, they can be perceived as simple to use. And Toyota seems to have mastered that according to a study report from Siegel+Gale.
According to their study performed on 10,000 consumers in seven countries, Toyota is considered among the top most “simple” brands, placed on the 17th spot out of 25 automotive brands surveyed.
In the US, it got on 27th, while on a global basis it has been placed in 32nd, ahead of BMW (48th), Mercedes-Benz (49th) and Audi (79th).
