Eight years have passed since the Toyota Innova was introduced on the Indian market, selling 400,000 units in the meantime.
Marking the milestone, the automaker recently launched an anniversary chrome kit for the popular MPV.
The kit will add chrome trimmings to the wheel arches, door handles, front grille, mirror casings and other tiny bits, like the turn indicator surroundings.
The chrome pack can be purchased as an accessory kit at all Toyota dealers in the country, costing Rs. 31,000. The trimmings are compatible for both the Innova GX diesel and petrol while some of them can be applied to the top VX model as well.
On the Indian market, the Toyota Innova is available in twelve variants, three of them being offered with a 2-liter gasoline engine. The diesel variants are powered by a 2.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine with common-rail direct injection.
