Custom Toyota Alphards are living proofs that vans can be cool if they come with the right parts and in my opinion, a highly tuned van works better than a stretch limo for arriving in style at a party, event, ceremony, you name it.
This Alphard comes from Hong Kong, where wrapping specialist Wrap Workz turned it from a boring white finish to a vault-like matte aluminum finish.

The job couldn’t be complete without a ROJAM full body kit and exhaust system, rear LED taillights, blackened out windows and a set of multispoke rims, which have been fitted before the wrapping job.

Now, were not the biggest fans of the Toyota Alpard, especially because of the way it looks. Not to mention some tuning firms are coming up with all kinds of wide body kits that look like they've been designed to scare your childred and give older people heart attacks.

However, one can simply not deny the success of the Alpard, which is sold in countries like Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, China, Hong Kong, India and Russia.

Coming back to the tuning example you came to see, we're finding it very similar to what supercars have to offer in terms of exterior design. I mean, just look at that front spoiler and its fake air intakes, don't you think they look a lot like those on the Lamborghini Aventador?

So who knows, maybe once the crossover craze is long gone, a new niche will find its way in the car industry. Maybe it's about time carmakers got into building supervans instead of supercars, so those with a family but also on the lookout for the thrills will be able to get the best of these two worlds.

Check the "masterpiece" in the photos and video bellow, then tell us what you think.
