Here’s another clean Toyota Supra to feast your retina. It’s not powered by a 1,000 hp, but by a more “settled” 500 hp 2JZ engine, which is still more than enough to smoke most of today’s sportscars.
The one you see here belongs to one-time Formula Drift driver John Russakoff, who chose a more conservative way of modifying this Japanese “muscle car”.
On the outside, he chose a simple but effective custom fiberglass JSP front spoiler add-ons, Shine Auto-Project carbon-fiber side skirts, a Top Secret-style rear diffuser and a set of 18-inch HRE Vintage Series 454 wheels to go with the lowered suspension.
The 2JZ engine uses a JSP custom single-turbo conversion kit, a 3-inch stainless downpipe, custom intercooler piping and manifold, Precision 6165 turbocharger, GReddy exhaust system and intercooler and more, producing around 500 hp.
