This Sunday saw Top Gear get their hands on a triplet of Formula One cars, with these being driven on public roads, in Central Milton Keynes.
We are talking about a Lotus, which was driven by Nico Prost, a Red Bull manhandled by Felix da Costa and a Williams with Susie Wolf behind the wheel.
While all the aforementioned F1 cars use Renault engines, a few Renault road cars were also on the scene. However, this is where the certainties end, as it’s unclear what Top Gear was doing with the vehicles.
The most interesting part is that the adjacent clip, which was uploaded by a fan, doesn’t show any filming crew traveling along with the F1 cars.
