Current times are defined, for the BMW junkie, by the anticipation around the new M3 and M4. The wait is unbearable and the hopes are really high. Who can blame us when the F30 looks so good, and the new turbo engine sound so promising?
However, until the new M3 is released, the E92 is still doing its thing and better and better cars are being build every day. Tuning for the M is almost limitless and more and more amazing combinations are shown every day.
Today's choice comes from Active Autowerke and Strasse Wheels. The 2 American tuners have come together to create a simple, yet beautiful M3. Their creation is dressed in Alpine White paint and wears some 19-inch Strasse Wheels with a brushed titanium finish, polished rims and gloss black barrels.
The Autowerke changes were made in the performance department. They fitted the Bimmer with a custom exhaust system, a remapped ECU, a carbon fiber lip spoiler and rear diffuser, a new air filter and blue Brembo brake calipers that really stand out.
The finished product is a beaut' and the photo gallery (took inside an aircraft hangar) is impressive to say the least.
