Spyshots: BMW M6 Cabrio Is Almost Here

There are at least at couple of good moths before the new M6 is revealed, as it’s expected to hit German showrooms in mid-late 2012, according to our sources. However, we have a lot to look forward to, judging by the recent speculative rumors and the look of the Convertible beasts captured in these spy photos.

The M6 packs the same 4.4-liter V8 found in the 2012 BMW M5, but recent industry reports suggests it now puts out 600 horsepower. This is a good think, since BMW never really managed to justify the price difference that came with two less doors, though it might make M5 fans angry.

What we are certain of is that the outside of the M6 will differ from the regular 6-Series via a more aggressive design language defined by a larger air dam, a lower bumper, a new muscular nose, and a bulging bonnet.
