Did you know you can order an Alpina from BMW dealerships? This explains why the German customizer gets so much support from the Bavarians and why their bespoke models come out so quickly and frequently.
Here's Alpina's latest baby, the B4 Coupe, a Biturbo model that's based on the brand new 4 Series. When ready, this 435i derivative will come close to matching the new M4, if not surpassing it, while also offering a distinct brand of luxury.
Alpina already sells a B3 Biturbo sedan, which will be a sort of mechanical blueprint. But the 4 Series is a sportier car than the 3 Series, thus meaning the B4 will be that little bit more special.
As for the powerplant, the B4 will have a twin-turbo 3-liter engine capable of delivering 410 hp and 600 Nm of torque. 0 to 100 km/h will go by in about 4 seconds. The cool thing is, unlike the M3, you'll be able to buy it with xDrive as well.
