Now that they’ve finished with the bigger C-Class and new ML-Class, the AMG division will start to move in a completely new direction. Starting next year, the Mercedes in-house tuner will start launching the smaller cars that have been missing from the range.
We bring you the first photos of a brand new B25 AMG, scheduled to be unveiled next year. The car is reportedly powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine with turbocharging and direct injection. This will result in an output of around 320 horsepower, sent to all four wheels via a double-clutch box.
Cosmetics wise, the B25 AMG sports a set of 17-inch AMG wheels and a subtle body kit with larger intakes. The shape of the exhaust has not been finalized yet, but this prototype comes with two tips on either side, unlike the AMG norm of quad exhausts.
