If you don’t think Toyota vehicles are immortal try to remember what Top Gear did to an old Hilux pickup in their “Killing a Toyota” program.
Their “extensive testing” put the 190,000 miles (305,775 km) Toyota Hilux through hell ordeals like driving on steps, hitting trees and fences, dumped it in the ocean, dropped an RV over it, bashed it with a demolition ball, set it on fire and left it on the roof of a tall building being demolished. In the end, the little red Titan proved to run and even drive without any parts replacement.
Still not impressed? Watch the video bellow with a Toyota Corolla (apparently) that still drives in the Russian winter even though it had a massive accident before. Guess that after a nuclear war, the only things left on the scorched Earth’s surface will be cockroaches driving Toyotas.
