Sebastian Vettel managed to secure his 11th victory this season at the inaugural Indian Grand Prix at the Buddh International Circuit. While the German driver’s season is all going according to plan, the track’s debut didn’t go as smoothly, as stray dogs frequently found their way onto the new track and the slippery surface of the track proved problematic for some.
However, Vettel’s victory secured from pole position proved he had what it takes to secure both his and Red Bull Racing’s constructor title. What’s more Sebastian was a lights-to-flag job, so he secured a new record, that of the most laps led during a season, a record that previously belonged to Nigel Mansell since 1992.

Here is the current standing in the driver’s championship:

1. Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull)                 374 points
2. Jenson Button      (McLaren)                 240 points
3. Fernando Alonso (Ferrari)                      227 points
4. Mark Webber       (Red Bull)                221 points
5. Lewis Hamilton    (McLaren)                 202 points
9. Vitaly Petrov        (LRGP)                      36 points
18. Bruno Senna    (LRGP)                      2 points
21. Jarno Trulli        (Team Lotus)           0 points
22. Heikki Kovalainen (Team Lotus)     0 points

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
