In between two F1 events, F1 World Champion Sebastian Vettel took the time to star in a martial arts short film, with the production being called “Kung Fu Vettel: Drive of the Dragon”.
In the film, Vettel joins martial arts expert and professional model Celina Jade, who has initiated him for this experience. The filming took place in a studio located in the proximity of Shanghai, with the video set to be released at the begining of next month.
This will be a part of Infiniti’s “Inspired Performers” series, in which Vettel and his teammate Mark Webber will exchange skills with various performers. In this case, Vettel taught Jade how to drive fast in an Infiniti G Coupe after receiving the aforementioned lessons.
Well that was the first time I've acted in a martial arts movie and it was great fun. It was something totally new for me which was good as I always like new challenges and experiences. I learned that just like with driving, you need balance, control and technique to be good at Kung Fu, but I think I'll still stick to my usual kind of fighting on track on Sunday!" Vettel said.
