SEAT, the Spanish brand of the Volkswagen Group, plans to become an important player on the U.K. vehicle fleet market. To implement this plan, the company has inaugurated a national dedicated Fleet Business Center in the country.
The project will serve as an extension for the company’s UK Fleet and Business sales team and dealer network and will be focused on offering a complete customer service system -it will handle both new and existing SEAT customers.
The center will provide phone and online support and will help the company speed up its fleet and business sales operations. The facility will handle customers directly, providing instant information and advice.
The range of service offered through this new development includes brochures (pricing information & technical data), sales meetings, "demonstrator bookings" and others.
“The opening of our new Fleet Business Centre is another major step forward for our fleet and business operation. Our customers are, of course, our top priority and I firmly believe that this important investment should significantly enhance their experience in dealing with the team here at SEAT." said Sally Livingstone, SEAT UK’s National Fleet Sales Manager.
Through this new project, SEAT continues to make efforts for its development on the UK automotive fleet market - in December last year, the company announced the signing of its biggest fleet deal yet, as it prepared to deliver 500 units of the Leon Ecomotive to British Gas, the largest domestic energy supplier in Britain. This was also an environmental achievement, as the Ecomotive version of the Leon only emits 99 grams of CO2/km.
