Scion FR-S Riding on Dual-Model Rims

Can’t really tell where this style of fitting you car with different model/color wheels came from, but I think it all started when Japanese drifters started to fit their cars’ rear axle with second-hand wheels to burn them while practicing. And then someone must have said that this kind of careless look is pretty cool.
The trend gained a lot of followers a few years ago, but it slowly started to fade away these days, as everybody is crazy about deep-dish, precision-cut, massive-camber wheels instead.

However, David Pruitt still likes asymmetry and fitted his Scion FR-S with different model and color wheels - stylish chrome multi-spoke ones in the front and beefier yellow ones in the back. Check it posing and riding in the video bellow.
