For those of you who still don’t get the differences between the Scion FR-S (Toyota GT 86) and the Subaru BRZ, here is another video to exemplify them.
Both cars are built on the same platform, have the same 2-liter engine making 200 hp and same gearbox options, either a manual 6-speed or a 6-speed automatic one with paddle shifters. The only mechanical difference between the two is the FR-S’ slightly harder suspension, which makes it more precise but that can be felt mostly on a track.

The majority of the differences are in their style and features. The most obvious difference is in their front fascias, with the BRZ having a different styled bumper and HID headlamps. On the interior, the BRZ also gets leather-Alcantara trimmed seats, different dashboard materials and standard navigation.

See all the differences in the video bellow.
