Saab Bankruptcy Hearing Approaching

It seems that Saab might have a chance after all, at least it will get to speak in front of the court. A Swedish court has recently given the carmaker the right to appeal a previous rulling in which a lower court denied the automotive producer's request for bankruptcy protection, stating that a reorganization would not work.

Saab is now happy that it has a change to try to save what's left, with the company releasing a statement in which it shows its approval for the court's decision.

"The Court of Appeal is expected to rule shortly on Saab Automobile’s appeal against the decision by the District Court in Vänersborg to reject Saab Automobile’s proposal for voluntary reorganization," a Saab statement reads.
