Russian Road Frogger: Really Close Call

You know that really old game called Frogger, where you had to get your frog across the road safely, dodging incoming cars that were traveling at different speeds. Kids in the 80’s lost endless hours in front of the television consoles trying to get that dreaded frog across. But you wouldn’t want your kids to use the same skills to cross a real road.
Fortunately, there are thinks called zebra crossings or crosswalks that allow you to get to the other side... ideally. But not in the real world!

In this video, you’ll see what happens when Russian drivers ignore the law that says you have to slow right down when approaching a crosswalk. The driver of the blue van does indeed stop, but the guy behind him doesn’t, so we get a spectacular rear-end collision. This pushed the van forwards and gives two pedestrians crossing the road the scare of their lives.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
